REAL ESTATE
As part of the firm’s Real Estate practice, we offer closing, escrow, and title insurance services. We also structure, draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, 1031 transactions, development agreements. We represent both buyers and sellers in residential and commercial transactions.
TAX LAW
The Skeen Law Group provides a full spectrum of tax planning, structuring and compliance solutions for both individuals and businesses. The firm’s clients include individuals, sole proprietorships, partnerships, LLC’s, corporations, s-corporations, and tax exempt 501(c)(3) entities. Clients range from multinational companies to start-up ventures and individuals. We assess, analyze, and advise our clients on all international, federal, state, income, sales, use, property, and employment tax matters.

ENTERTAINMENT LAW
As part of the firm’s Entertainment Law practice, we have counseled active and former NFL players, international prospects, and sports and entertainment agencies. The firm advises clients in connection with television and film distributions, production financing matters, master services agreements, employment agreements, equity investments and production and distribution. The firm also negotiates likeness and music licenses in connection with the production of film and television content, intellectual property rights and clearance issues (including in connection with development, production, and distribution), rights acquisitions and dispositions, talent agreements (including actors, directors, producers, writers and other above- and below-the-line talent), union and guild matters, and revenue participation agreements.
IMMIGRATION LAW
As part of the firm’s Immigration Law practice, we assist clients with accessing a full range of permanent and temporary family, investment, and employment-based visas. The firm represents various foreign investors in obtaining investment related visas including Green Cards, E2, EB-5, L1, and L2 visas, as well as naturalization.
LITIGATION
As a part of the firm’s Litigation practice, we represent businesses in employment and contractual disputes, property owners in development agreements, leasing activities and landlord/tenant disputes, and homeowners in first party insurance coverage disputes. We also handle all aspects of trust, estate, and guardianship litigation, from the probate of a simple will to complex adversary proceedings and trust administration.
