Ashley is currently working as a law clerk for The Skeen Law Group, P.A. She is an associate member of the Federal Bar Association. Ashley received her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Oklahoma and is currently working towards her Juris Doctorate at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law with an expected graduation date of May 2024. She is a two-time CALI Award recipient in Legal Writing and Research.
Prior to working for The Skeen Law Group, P.A., Ashley worked under the supervision of two California attorneys specializing in criminal law, criminal appellate law, and prison resentencing. She also has experience in the telecommunications and medical device sales industry and real estate industry.
Andres E. Silva is currently working as an associate attorney for The Skeen Law Group, P.A. practicing in the areas of estate planning, asset protection, corporate law, immigration, civil litigation, and real estate.
Prior to The Skeen Law Group, P.A., Mr. Silva was an associate for a top law firm in Miami, Florida where he practiced in the areas of general liability and insurance defense matters pertaining to automobile negligence, commercial litigation, product liability, premise liability, and matters involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death claims in State and Federal Court.
Mr. Silva earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he was President and Treasurer for the Latin American Law Student Association, in 2020, and his Bachelors in Criminology from the Florida State University in 2015.
During his time in Law School, Mr. Silva cultivated his well-rounded background by Interning as a Law Clerk for the Office of the Inspector General for the City of Baltimore, Legal and Regulatory Affairs Intern for the MMA promotion the Ultimate Fighting Championship and as a Compliance Intern for the athletic department at Johns Hopkins University.
A first generation Latin American, Mr. Silva is licensed to practice law in Florida and is a member of The Florida Bar, the Sports Lawyers Association, the Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Section of The Florida Bar, the Hispanic National Bar Association, and the Esports Bar Association. He is also admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
When not at work, Mr. Silva enjoys cooking, podcasting and spending time rooting on his local sports teams and the Florida State Seminoles with his fiancée Jessica, their dog Sadie, and their cats Sonny and Cher.
